Boiler Installation/Central Heating System

To assist our customers fully understand the agreement they are entering into when a quotation is accepted, we have set out below our standard Terms and Conditions. PROVISION OF SERVICES
1. HomeBoilers Ltd will provide a written quotation when required/requested. The quotation will include the cost of installing or repairing central heating equipment or gas appliances as discussed with the customer and/or specified in the quotation.
2. The time estimated for installation (as provided in the quotation) is the best estimate of the likely timescale for completion of the job. However, HomeBoilers Ltd cannot accept liability for any additional costs, losses or expenses incurred by the customer as a result of delays or unforeseen circumstances – such as blocked or damaged pipes etc. Should this event occur, we will discuss with and keep the customer informed at all times.
PAYMENT
1. For services over £3,500 we will require a deposit of £500 on acceptance of the quotation, with the remainder payable on completion.
2. Payments on completion can be made by BACS or if by Cheque payable to HomeBoilers Ltd and handed to the engineer on the day of completion.
3. Home Boilers Ltd reserves the right to withdraw from site if the contract payment schedule is not adhered to. HomeBoilers Ltd will retain ownership of any materials until full payment is received. Any materials can be recoverable by HomeBoilers Ltd in the event of non-payment.
The customer agrees to allow access to site for this purpose.
GUARANTEE
1. Guarantees for all work carried out by HomeBoilers Ltd is explained in the quotation.
2. After installation, HomeBoilers Ltd cannot guarantee any services, parts and equipment if:
a. They suffer misuse, treated negligently or if the company’s work is repaired, modified or tampered with by someone else.
b. Any materials used are supplied by the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If the customer cancels and order once placed, the following terms apply:
a. If orders are cancelled for any reason within 14 days prior to commencement of services, the customer will not be refunded any monies paid in relation to those services.
b. No monies will be retained by Home Boilers Ltd if services are cancelled within 14 days but re-scheduled at a later date at the agreement of both parties.
TERMS OF USE
These Terms and Conditions and al contracts awarded between HomeBoilers Ltd and the Customer shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Law.
Acceptance of our goods, services or quotation is automatic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
